国有大型企业作为国民经济的主体、党执政的经济基础,担负着发展民族工业、创造财富、扩大就业、维护稳定、保护环境、确保国有资产保值增值的经济责任、政治责任和社会责任。实践证明,没有和谐的环境,就没有企业的发展;没有企业的稳定,就没有社会的和谐。在构建和谐企业方面,有许多需要各级政府和企业共同探讨和深入研究的问题。本文就企业人力资源与维稳实践中归纳出的几点认识,做粗浅的探讨。
As the main body of the national economy and the economic foundation of the party in power, the large state-owned enterprises shoulder the economic, political and social responsibilities of developing national industries, creating wealth, expanding employment, maintaining stability, protecting the environment and ensuring the preservation and appreciation of State-owned assets. Practice shows that there is no enterprise development without a harmonious environment. There is no social harmony without enterprise stability. In building a harmonious enterprise, there are many problems that need to be explored and studied by all levels of government and enterprises. In this paper, the human resources and the stability of the enterprise concluded some understanding of induction, to do a superficial discussion.
