The technology architecture at this event exhibition and car delivery center introduces a planning model covering five themed areas: the lobby, the new car delivery center (debut), the discussion area, the food court and the double cone. The building is dominated by a large, permeable hall with sculptural roofs and double cones, in contrast to the current BMW headquarters building. The hall is a differentiated, transformed use of the trading venues, but also the iconic symbol of BMW. The design of the interior terrain creates space and flow sites of varying densities.
