应用JK-Ⅰ型心电信号电话传输系统进行了系统内直接传输及各类电话长短途传输对照实验,对37人次359帧心电图进行对照分析,并对5887个基本波形逐个分析比较,结果表明该系统对心电信号的传输质量稳定可靠,准确清晰。对12例心脏病或伴心律失常患者进行模拟心脏康复家庭病房的家庭—医院心电信号电话传输,初步结果显示对重危层心血管康复患者的实时应急诊断,对病情不稳定的中危层患者监测及对低危层患者的定期复查提供了迅速简便而有效的远距离监护手段,为建立心脏康复家庭病房创造了决定性条件。
JK-Ⅰ ECG signal transmission system was used for direct transmission within the system and long-distance transmission of various types of telephone control experiments, 37 people 359 electrocardiogram control analysis and 5887 basic waveforms one by one analysis and comparison, the results show that the System of ECG signal transmission quality is stable and reliable, accurate and clear. In 12 patients with heart disease or arrhythmia, family-hospital ECG telephony simulations of cardiac rehabilitation family wards were conducted. The preliminary results showed real-time emergency diagnosis of patients with cardiovascular rehabilitation in critically ill patients. Patient monitoring and regular review of patients with low-risk patients provide a quick and easy and effective means of remote monitoring, creating a decisive condition for the establishment of cardiac rehabilitation family wards.
