聚合物相对分子质量大小是影响聚合物驱油效果的一个重要因素 ,聚合物相对分子质量越高 ,增粘效果越好 ,最终采收率也越高。采用高相对分子质量聚合物驱油时 ,油水粘度比很小 ,采出液中含水率上升速度将大大减缓 ,当它达到采油经济允许的极限含水率时 ,油层中的含水饱和度已经很高 ,因而获得的驱油效率高。运用室内实验、矿场试验和数值模拟方法研究了残余阻力系数变化对聚合物驱油效果的影响以及高相对分子质量聚合物对聚合物驱最终采收率和含水变化的影响 ,为油田应用高相对分子质量聚合物提供了理论和实践依据
