传统产业的升级改造离不开人才,人才队伍的建设决定着产业升级改造的成败。宣钢人才队伍现状调研表明,产业人才队伍比较稳定,企业员工积极性高,对企业有较强的认同感,基本能适应产业发展。这主要得益于企业内部一套有效的管理体制。对于企业仍然存在的人才总量不足、员工队伍老化、高层次人才比例偏低、人才引进不足等问题,需要通过企业进一步加大人才工作力度、政府提供企业人才队伍建设强有力的保障以及充分发挥区位优势,加强城市现代化建设力度,提升城市对人才的吸引力等措施加以解决。
