目的:建立同时测定疏毛吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱、吴茱萸次碱和柠檬苦素的含量的方法以及分析含量动态变化,为合理采收提供科学依据。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱:Agi Lent C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(55:45);流速:1 m L·min-1;检测波长:225 nm;柱温:25℃。结果:疏毛吴茱萸中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱的含量在7月底即果实呈黄绿色未开裂前最高,柠檬苦素含量从6月初开始逐渐递减。结论:疏毛吴茱萸的最佳采收期为果实呈黄绿色未开裂前。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for simultaneous determination of evodiamine, rutaecarpine and limonin in Evodia rutaecarpa and to analyze the dynamic changes of content, providing a scientific basis for reasonable harvesting. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (55:45) at a flow rate of 1 m L · min-1 using Agi Lent C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) Column temperature: 25 ℃. Results: The content of evodiamine and rutaecarpine in Evodia rutaecarpa was highest at the end of July when the fruit was yellow-green without cracking, and the content of limonin gradually decreased from the beginning of June. Conclusion: The best harvesting time of Evodia rutaecarpa is that the fruit is yellowish green before cracking.
