新课程体系在课程功能、结构、内容、实施、评价和管理等方面都较原来的课程有了重大的创新和突破。改革给教师带来了严峻的挑战和不可多得的机遇,新课程能否顺利实施,关键在于教师的素质能否适应要求。因此,当务之急是加深教师对新课程的理解,提高教师实施新课程的能力和水平,使教师尽快走进新课程。
The new curriculum system has made major innovations and breakthroughs over the original curriculum in its function, structure, content, implementation, evaluation and management. The reform has posed severe challenges and rare opportunities for teachers. Whether the new curriculum can be successfully implemented depends on whether teachers’ qualities can meet the requirements. Therefore, it is imperative to deepen the teachers ’understanding of the new curriculum and enhance the teachers’ ability and level of implementing the new curriculum, so that the teachers can walk into the new curriculum as soon as possible.
