Mathematical situation is an important source for students to master mathematics knowledge, form mathematics ability and develop psychological quality. It is a bridge between communication of real life and mathematics learning, concrete problems and abstract concepts. This article attempts to elaborate the creation of a good and effective teaching situation from three aspects: “creating the problem situation, stimulating the interest, inducing the inquiry, creating the activity situation, experiencing the practice and making it difficult for the students to create the life situation, comprehending the experience and exploring the understanding”. Mathematical situation is an important source for students to master mathematics knowledge, form mathematical ability and develop psychological quality. It is to communicate real life with mathematics
