上海市特级教师、政治学科教研员叶伟良老师提出:“针对学科育人中的严峻问题,我们要清醒地认识到,学生的文化学习过程是智力发展和道德成长统一的过程。教学内容中的学科知识,应该成为学生精神和德行发展升华的智力基础。”然而,由于传统的教学观念过分注重学习成绩而轻于育人,在政治课堂教学中也缺乏有效的育人途径,从而使政治学科的育人价值大打折扣。笔者结合自己的探索与实践,谈谈初中政治教学中的“育人”策略。
