我院应用内镜微波一次性治疗大肠多发性息肉20例,效果显著,现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料本组20例中,男性12例,女性8例,年龄30岁～71岁。息肉分布:升结肠3例,降结肠2例,乙状结肠2例,直肠13例。其中5例升结肠、乙状结肠、直肠粘膜均见息肉。息肉形态:长蒂2例,亚蒂6例,广基12例。息肉大小:<0.5cm 5例,0.6cm～1.0cm 4例,1.1cm～2.0cm 6例,>2.0cm 5例。病理类型:炎性息肉12例,腺瘤性息肉8例。 1.2 治疗方法应用日本olympus CF-100电子肠镜,珠海产HGE-200型微波内镜治疗仪。
In our hospital, endoscopic microwave was used to treat 20 cases of multiple polyps of the large intestine at one time. The effect was significant. The report is as follows. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information In this group of 20 cases, 12 males and 8 females, aged 30 to 71 years old. Distribution of polyps: 3 cases of ascending colon, 2 cases of descending colon, 2 cases of sigmoid colon, and 13 cases of rectum. Among them, polyps were seen in 5 cases of ascending colon, sigmoid colon and rectal mucosa. Polyp morphology: 2 cases of long pedicle, 6 cases of Yadi, 12 cases of broad-based. Polyp size: <0.5cm in 5 cases, 0.6cm to 1.0cm in 4 cases, 1.1cm to 2.0cm in 6 cases, and >2.0cm in 5 cases. Pathological types: 12 cases of inflammatory polyps, 8 cases of adenomatous polyps. 1.2 The treatment method was applied Japanese olympus CF-100 electronic enteroscope, Zhuhai produced HGE-200 microwave endoscopic therapeutic apparatus.
