每年一次的3·15仿佛都是一个消费者群情激昂,拼命维权;汽车企业无比紧张、四处灭火的一天。其实,如果你把目光和关注仅停留在这一天,顶多算是凑热闹。作为一个新时代的汽车消费者,我们除了要对汽车产品的质量问题和安全缺陷进行投诉和维权,你还必须知道在汽车消费和使用中也有很多问题可以第一时间向工商管理部门投诉。我们先来看看中国消费者协会最近公布了2016年中国汽车圈儿里的投诉统计排行。
