如何构建科学、合理、可行的绩效管理工作体系,是当前电力企业亟待解决的难题之一。本文通过分析供电企业绩效考核方面存在的问题,从考核原则、绩效策划、绩效实施、绩效监控、绩效评价应用与改进等方面进行了探讨,提出了开展供电企业组织绩效考核工作的方法,旨在提升企业管理水平,调动部门及员工的积极性,促进供电企业更快、更好发展。
How to construct a scientific, reasonable and feasible performance management system is one of the most urgent problems for power enterprises. This paper discusses the problems existing in the performance appraisal of power supply enterprises, discusses the appraisal principles, performance planning, performance implementation, performance monitoring, application and improvement of performance appraisal, and puts forward the methods to carry out the performance appraisal of power supply enterprises. Enhance the management level of enterprises, mobilize the enthusiasm of departments and employees and promote the faster and better development of power supply enterprises.
