目的为确保对颜色偏红的血浆判断有明确的方法和指标,避免不合格的血浆发往临床,制作了血浆外观目测比较色板。方法将多人份混和血浆混合后分装,在血浆中定量加入不同量的血红蛋白,使得6个血浆袋中的游离血红蛋白浓度分别为0.05 g/L、0.10 g/L、0.15 g/L、0.20 g/L、0.25 g/L、0.29 g/L。拍照后制作成因溶血造成血浆外观异常的比较色板,工作人员将疑似溶血的血浆与比较色板进行目视比对,颜色深于0.25 g/L(游离血红蛋白浓度)的,判断该袋血浆不合格。结果共使用该比较色板对136 215袋血浆外观进行判断,其中发现疑似溶血的血浆为238袋。对238袋疑似血浆进行游离血红蛋白和总胆红素的检测。其中游离血红蛋白浓度≥0.25 g/L的有43袋,游离血红蛋白浓度<0.25 g/L的有195袋。结论该比较色板对于日常判断血浆异常外观起到重要作用,但造成血浆颜色异常的原因不止溶血一种,可进一步完善比较色板的制作。

There were 43 bags with free hemoglobin ≥ 0.25 g / L and 195 bags with free hemoglobin <0.25 g / L. Conclusion This comparative color plate plays an important role in routine judgment of abnormal plasma appearance. However, the cause of abnormal color of blood plasma is not only a hemolysis, but also the production of comparative color plates can be further improved.
