随着我国课程改革进程的不断深入,对中学数学教师教学素养有着更高的要求。《义务教育数学课程标准》中明确规定,数学教学应以课程教育体系的培养目标为基准,使教育教学面向全体学生,并积极关注个体学生的学习情况,以促进学生更好发展。主要从四个关系视角着手,要求教师有效把握,并推动中学数学教学活动的发展。
With the continuous deepening of the curriculum reform process in our country, there is a higher demand for the mathematics teachers’ teaching quality in middle schools. The “Mathematics Curriculum Standard for Compulsory Education” clearly stipulates that mathematics teaching should be based on the training objectives of the curriculum education system, so that the education and teaching is open to all students, and it actively pays attention to the individual student’s learning situation so as to promote better student development. It mainly starts from the perspective of four relationships and requires teachers to effectively grasp and promote the development of mathematics teaching activities in middle schools.
