随着越来越多的信息技术被应用在企业的组织管理之中,对企业组织结构变革的讨论相对的多了起来。但这些讨论多数关注在企业结构由传统的金字塔式结构向扁平化、虚拟化、柔性组织、学习型组织、工作团队和战略联盟等已基本成定论的描述,较少从信息的流转来分析企业组织结构变革的原因。另外,还有一些文章将企业的治理结构变化和企业组织结构变化混淆起来。本文拟先区分企业组织结构和治理结构,后从信息流转的角度对企业组织结构变革进行较为全面深入讨论,分析其变化的原因和企业组织结构的发展趋势。
