在中国,正有越来越多的企业家认识到战略管理的重要性,不惜花费大量时间和精力进行企业的战略规划。而另一方面,这些花巨资打造出来的企业战略却被束之高阁,或者在实施的过程中受到种种阻碍半途而废。企业战略的执行问题已经成为很多企业发展的痼疾。战略与绩效是两个不可分割的命题,通过绩效管理强调战略的实施,通过绩效考核考察战略的执行,我们希望这一组文正能够从绩效管理的角度对提高企业的战略执行力有所帮助。
In China, more and more entrepreneurs are now realizing the importance of strategic management and spending considerable time and energy on their strategic planning. On the other hand, these heavily invested corporate strategies have been put on the shelf, or they have been hampered in the process of implementation. The implementation of corporate strategy has become a chronic illness for many business development. Strategy and performance are two indivisible propositions. Emphasis on strategy implementation through performance management and strategy execution through performance assessment. We hope this group of papers can help improve the strategic execution of the enterprise from the perspective of performance management.
