议论文是运用得很广泛的一种文体。按中学语文教学大纲的要求,写好议论文,是中学阶段特别是高中阶段作文训练的重要内容。可是,怕写议论文的心理,写不好议论文的情况,在高中学生中却普遍存在。自七八年恢复高校招生统一考试以来,六次作文考试有五次是写议论文,而多数学生都写得不够理想。即以今年高考作文为例,我省虽然也有少数考生写出了好水平,但多数考生所写的议论文仍存在着许多毛病:或者抓不住中心,或者深入不下去,或者结构松散,或者词不达意。总之,理解能力、概括能力和表达能力都较差,其中最突出的问题是说理水平差,思想境界低。因此,如何进行议论文写作的训练,切实提高学生议论文写作的水平,越来越引起广大中学语文教师的重视。
Argumentation is a widely used style. According to the requirements of the Chinese language syllabus for middle schools, writing argumentative papers is an important part of the composition training in the middle school stage, especially in the senior high school. However, fear of writing a dissertation and writing bad arguments are common among high school students. Since the reunification of college entrance examinations was resumed in 1978, there have been five written essays for the six essay writing exams, and most students have not written well enough. That is to say, this year’s college entrance examination essay, for example, although a few candidates in our province have written a good level, most of the candidates still have many problems with their argumentative writings: either they are unable to grasp the center, or are unable to go further or have a loose structure, or inaccurate words. In short, understanding ability, generalization ability, and expression ability are all poor. The most prominent problems are poor level of reasoning and low ideological realm. Therefore, how to train the argumentative writing and practically improve the level of students’ argumentative writing has increasingly attracted the attention of the majority of middle school language teachers.
