草菇是一种肉质肥嫩、味道鲜美、富有营养的食用菌。人工栽培方法简单,许多地方都有栽培。但我省草菇产量不稳,发展速度不快。为了探索草菇栽培途径,我们于1980年夏采用种过蘑菇的废料作辅料栽培草菇,试验结果比单用稻草的可多采1～2潮菇,每潮菇采3～5天,整个采菇期为22～25天。特别是后期,产菇量较稳,仍保持旺潮产量的50％左右,且朵型较大,一般每朵重40～60克,单生的大朵菇重达110多克(见图)。首批试种草料250斤,收干菇3.4
Straw mushroom is a succulent fat, delicious, nutritious edible mushrooms. Artificial cultivation method is simple, many places have cultivated. However, the output of straw mushroom in our province is not stable, the development speed is not fast.
