原发性中枢神经系统淋巴瘤(PCNSL)属非何杰金淋巴瘤(NHL),占全部NHL的1％～2％。近二十年来,在正常人群及免疫抑制人群中的发病率均有了明显提高。本文就PCNSL的一般情况并重点就治疗及预后问题作一综述。
Primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL) is non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL), accounting for 1% to 2% of total NHL. Nearly two decades, the incidence of both normal and immunosuppressed populations have significantly increased. This article reviews the general situation of PCNSL and focuses on the issues of treatment and prognosis.
