“发展教学模式”是广东省中小学青年教师教学改革科研课题规划项目子课题,新会第一中学教育教学科研课题重点项目。我利用三年时间进行“发展教学模式”的探讨与实践,并取得较好的成效。现在将实践过程总结如下。一、课题研究的指导思想教学过程既要使学生掌握应有的知识、技能,又要使学生得到理想的一般发展;在学生一般发展得到进展的基础上,使学生真正高质量地领会知识,掌握技巧。学生的发展对他们将来的活动有着非常重要的意义。不管教学大纲编得多么好,毕业后不可避免地要碰到他们不懂的科学发现和新技术。他们必须独立地并且迅速地弄懂不熟悉的东西并掌握它,只有具备一定的品质,有较高的发展水平的人,才能更好地应付这种情况。
“Development of Teaching Model” is a subproject of the research project for the teaching reform of young teachers in primary and secondary schools in Guangdong Province, and a key project for education, teaching, and research in Xinhui No. 1 Middle School. I use three years to explore and practice the “development of teaching model” and achieved good results. The practical process is now summarized as follows. I. The development of students has a very important significance for their future activities. Regardless of how well the syllabus is compiled, it is inevitable that after graduating, they will encounter scientific discoveries and new technologies that they do not understand. They must understand the unfamiliar things independently and quickly and grasp it. Only those with a certain quality and a high level of development can better cope with this situation.
