自10月28日起,连续三天齐齐哈尔市人力资源和社会保障局与中国冰企鹅企业家同学会联合举办一系列活动,将推进我市大众创业万众创新,旨在中小企业搭建互助互利平台,为创业创新提供服务。28日,冰企鹅同学会全国众筹大会在创时代咖啡举行,来自全国的著名讲师,对来自冰企鹅同学会的150多位中小企业家,从倍增模式,到如何让企业坚定信念,建立新的客户生态链等多个核心问题进行了生动讲解。
