利用湖北鄂州梁子湖的团头鲂Megalobrama amblycephala(T)、浙江钱塘江原种场的三角鲂Magalobrama terminalis(S)、四川泸州龙溪河的厚颌鲂Megalobrama pellegrini(H)、广东西江肇庆的广东鲂Megalobrama hoffmanni(G)野生亲鱼进行多种杂交组合与自交,所有杂交与自交组合为T♀×T♂、T♀×H♂、T♀×S♂、T♀×G♂、S♀×S♂、S♀×T♂、S♀×G♂、H♀×H♂、H♀×T♂,将各组合受精卵在室内同一水泥池不同孵化桶内孵化,并将各组合子代培育45日龄。结果表明:所有组合的受精率、孵化率和成活率均相对较高,初步证明鲂属种间杂交具有可行性;团头鲂与厚颌鲂正反交子代除体高杂种优势不明显外,体长与体质量均表现出杂种优势;团头鲂与三角鲂正反交子代的体长、体质量、体高均未表现出明显的杂种优势;因广东鲂母本催产失败,团头鲂与广东鲂正反交以及三角鲂与广东鲂正反交子代是否有杂种优势还有待进一步研究。
Megalobrama amblycephala (T), Megalobrama amblycephala (T), Magalobrama terminalis (S) from Qiantangjiang provenance in Zhejiang Province, Megalobrama pellegrini (H) from Longxi River, Luzhou, Sichuan Province, Megalobrama hoffmanni (G) wild broodstock had many hybrid combinations and selfing, all the hybrids and selfing combinations were T♀ × T♂, T♀ × H♂, T♀ × S♂, T♀ × G♂, S♀ × S ♂, S ♀ × T ♂, S ♀ × G ♂, H ♀ × H ♂, H ♀ × T ♂, the combination of fertilized eggs hatch in the same indoor incubation chamber with different incubators, 45 days old. The results showed that the fertilization rate, hatching rate and survival rate of all the combinations were relatively high. It was initially proved that the hybrid between the genus Paspalum was feasible. However, Body length and body weight all showed heterosis. Body length, body weight and body height did not show obvious heterosis in the progeny or antisense progeny of T. cantonensis and T.aerophila. Whether there is a heterosis with the positive or negative in Guangdong and the positive and negative in the Triangle and Guangdong are yet to be further studied.
