我国中小学有着令国外同行羡慕的学科教研体制。教研组作为学科教研体制的载体,在稳定教学秩序、提高教师专业水平方面起到不少作用。但随着课程的改革和发展,教研组的组织形式也逐渐显得单一、陈旧,越来越多的教师们抱怨其活动效益不高,收获不大。为了改变这些状况,需要对教研组的功能进行重新认识、重新定位。本期,本刊就教研组的功能进行探讨,希望能以此引发更多人对于教研组建设的关注。本刊也将从下一期开始专门开设“教研组建设”的专栏,对学校教研组建设中的问题进行探讨,对学校教研组建设中产生的经验进行总结和推广。
China’s primary and secondary schools have a system of subject teaching and research that is admired by foreign counterparts. As a carrier of the discipline teaching and research system, the teaching and research group plays a significant role in stabilizing teaching order and improving the professional level of teachers. However, with the reform and development of the curriculum, the organizational form of the teaching and research group has gradually become single and outdated. More and more teachers complain that the effectiveness of their activities is not high and they have little to gain. In order to change these conditions, we need to re-understand and reorient the functions of the teaching and research group. In this issue, the journal discusses the functions of the teaching and research group, and hopes that more attention will be paid to the construction of the teaching and research group. The journal will also start a special column on “Architectural Research and Development” from the next issue. It will discuss the problems in the construction of school teaching and research groups, and will summarize and promote the experience gained in the construction of school teaching and research groups.
