In Japan’s corporate world, the phrase “enterprise is human” is popular. This is a summary of the successful management experience of Japanese business operators. For this reason, Japanese companies attach great importance to employee training and form a series of unique features. This article is intended to provide a brief introduction from the following five aspects. First, the targeted training of tutors on demand is a distinctive feature of the training of Japanese employees. They are not arranging courses from the subject system, but choose the knowledge structure and amount of knowledge according to the needs of different professions and positions. First of all, the employees are engaged in different professions, and the hours they have to accept for training are different. For example, the training course for NEC (Nippon Electric Co., Ltd.) lectures, although the learning deadlines are all six months, but the lectures are different. The communication and production technology are 160 hours, the mechanical engineering is 320 hours, and the intelligence processing is 360 hours. In comparison, the former has a relatively small proportion of lecture time, and relatively more time for self-study training; the latter two are just the opposite.
