我厂在机械部天津工程机械研究所帮助下,自行研究了CTY8液压拖式铲运机(见附图),其性能指标达到国内先进水平,现已通过省级鉴定,小批量生产。 该机是与红旗T88(120)D履带式工业拖拉机、移山88(120)推土机等配套使用的铲运机械。主要适用于铁路、公路、机场修建工程、大中型水利工程、露天煤矿剥离等土方施工。可完成铲、装、运、卸、平整及初压作业工序。与推土机配套作业,可提高效率2～3倍。
With the help of the Tianjin Institute of Construction Machinery of the Ministry of Machinery, our factory has independently studied the CTY8 hydraulic tractor scraper (see attached drawing). Its performance index has reached the domestic advanced level and has passed the provincial appraisal and small batch production. This machine is used with the red flag T88 (120) D tracked industrial tractors, Yishan 88 (120) bulldozers and other supporting the use of shovels. It is mainly applicable to earthwork construction such as railway, road and airport construction projects, large and medium-sized water projects, and stripping of surface coal mines. Can complete the shovel, loading, transport, unloading, leveling and initial pressure operations. Working with bulldozers can increase efficiency by 2 to 3 times.
