上世纪90年代以来,知识经济逐渐兴起,组织资本日益成为企业获取竞争优势的重要源泉之一,关系着企业的生存和发展。因此,组织资本与企业竞争力之间的关系如何,其如何帮助企业获取竞争优势,成为许多学者的研究领域。根据组织资本的内涵和特征,将组织资本划分为企业文化、知识管理两大构成要素,并从各要素角度对其增强企业竞争优势的过程进行系统分析,揭示组织资本对企业竞争优势的作用机理。
Since the 90s of last century, the knowledge-based economy has gradually emerged. Organizational capital has increasingly become one of the important sources for enterprises to gain competitive advantage, which is related to the survival and development of enterprises. Therefore, the relationship between organizational capital and the competitiveness of enterprises, how to help them gain competitive advantage has become the research field of many scholars. According to the connotation and characteristics of organizational capital, organizational capital is divided into two major components: corporate culture and knowledge management, and the systematic analysis of the process of enhancing the competitive advantage of enterprises from the perspective of each factor reveals the mechanism of organizational capital on the competitive advantage of enterprises .
