目的探讨陕西省渭南地区妇女人群人乳头瘤病毒(papillomavirus,HPV)感染及其基因亚型的分布特征。方法采用PCR反向点杂交技术对陕西省渭南地区常住妇女4 329人进行HPV感染分型检测。结果陕西省渭南地区妇女人群HPV总体感染率为25.43%(1 101/4 329),高危型感染率为23.75%(1 028/4 329),低危型感染率为0.30%(13/4 329),高低危混合感染率为1.39%(60/4 329)。最常见总体、单一和多重感染亚型均依次为16、52、58、53、18和33型。不同年龄段妇女人群HPV常见亚型分别依次为6、58、16、52、33和51型,52、16、51、58、68和33型,16、52、53、18、33和58型,16、58、52、18、53和31型,16、58、52、33、56和53型,58、53、16、33、52和18型。其各年龄段的感染率以小于20岁年龄段为最高,达51.94%(67/129),其次为大于60岁年龄段(34.38%,77/224),以31~40岁年龄段为最低(20.79%)。总体、高危和低危亚型感染率在不同年龄段均有较大差异(P<0.05),而高低危混合感染率在各年龄段则差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。单一和多重感染率均以小于20岁年龄段为最高(46.51%和10.85%),其次是大于60岁年龄段(24.11%和7.14%),以31~40岁年龄段为最低(15.26%和5.38%)。在多重感染中以二重感染最为常见,占多重感染85.55%,其二重感染常见类型为16、58和52、53型。结论陕西省渭南地区妇女人群HPV感染率较高,高低危型分别以16、52、58、53、18、33和6、81型比较常见。不同年龄段的亚型均有不同分布特征。总体、高危和低危感染率在不同年龄段均有较大差异。
Objective To investigate the distribution of human papillomavirus (HPV) infection and its genotypes in women in Weinan area of Shaanxi province. Methods PCR-reverse dot blot was used to detect HPV subtype of 4 329 permanent women in Weinan area of Shaanxi Province. Results The prevalence of HPV was 25.43% (1 101/4 329) in women in Weinan area of Shaanxi province, the rate of high-risk infection was 23.75% (1028/4 329), and the low-risk infection rate was 0.30% (13/4 329 ), The mixed infection rate of high and low risk was 1.39% (60/4 329). The most common overall, single and multiple infection subtypes were followed by 16,52,58,53,18 and 33 types. HPV subgroups of women of different age groups were respectively 6, 58, 16, 52, 33 and 51, 52, 16, 51, 58, 68 and 33, 16, 52, 53, 18, 33 and 58 16, 58, 52, 18, 53 and 31, 16, 58, 52, 33, 56 and 53, 58, 53, 16, 33, 52 and 18. The infection rate of all age groups was the highest in less than 20 years old, reaching 51.94% (67/129), followed by the older than 60 years old (34.38%, 77/224) and the lowest in 31-40 years old (20.79%). The infection rates of overall, high-risk and low-risk subtypes were significantly different among different age groups (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in infection rates between high and low risk groups in all age groups (P> 0.05). Single and multiple infection rates were the highest (46.51% and 10.85%) in the younger than 20 years, the next was older than 60 years (24.11% and 7.14%), the lowest was in 31 ~ 40 years (15.26% and 5.38%). In multiple infections in the double infection is the most common, accounting for 85.55% of multiple infections, the common types of double infection 16,58 and 52,53. Conclusion The prevalence of HPV infection is higher in women in Weinan, Shaanxi province. The prevalence of HPV is 16, 52, 58, 53, 18, 33 and 6, 81 respectively. Subtypes of different age groups have different distribution characteristics. Overall, high-risk and low-risk infection rates vary widely among different age groups.
