当前,我军后勤干部队伍建设存在着干部综合素质不高与高科技知识缺乏、院校人才培训单一与专业封闭、人才使用与交流不当等问题。解决问题的出路在于,改革院校教育训练体制,走联合办学之路,拓宽后勤干部培养渠道;从长计议,加紧后备人才的培养与储备工作;打破部门界限,大胆交流、使用干部,锻造“复合型”人才。
