目前,粒状高炉矿渣在水泥工业中已被广泛地用作硅酸盐水泥的混合材料和各种无熟料水泥(既各种矿渣水泥如石膏矿渣水泥等)。矿渣的质量优劣直接影响着各种矿渣水泥的强度及其各种性能。采取适当的方法,及时測定出矿渣的活性,对各种矿渣水泥的生产,有十分重要的意义。粒状高炉矿渣的活性檢定工作,在苏联和其他国家都作了很多的研究,在一般文献上所見到的各种試驗方法不下十余种。結合我国具体情况,对这些方法我們作了較为系統的研究之后,初步认为有几种方法較为簡易可靠。現将这几种方法的理論假設原則、操作方法以及試驗注意事項叙述如后。
At present, granulated blast furnace slag has been widely used as a mixed material of Portland cement and various non-clinker cements (not only various slag cements such as gypsum slag cement, etc.) in the cement industry. The quality of slag directly affects the strength and various properties of various slag cements. Taking appropriate measures to determine the activity of slag in a timely manner is of great significance to the production of various slag cements. The activity verification of granulated blast furnace slag has made many studies in the Soviet Union and other countries. There are no more than ten kinds of test methods seen in the general literature. Combined with our country’s specific conditions, we have made a systematic study of these methods, and preliminary thought that there are several methods are more simple and reliable. The theoretical assumptions, methods of operation, and test considerations for these methods are described below.
