教学是一种艺术。它要在尊重学生心理发展规律的基础上才能取得较好的教学效果。为此,在课堂教学中,教师必须艺术地把握好教学尺度,才能起到优化教学结构,调动教师和学生的双重积极性,从而落实教学内容,完成教学目标。课堂教学要优化,有个“尺度”的问题,诸如教学内容的深度及广度、教学的精度与密度等等。“尺度”是质和量的统一,要提高教学效率和质量,必须掌握适度的原则。“尺度”又是教师的教法与学生的学法的统一,教师的教法在很大程度上引导着学生的学法,教法的优劣往往体现在“尺度”
Teaching is an art. It must achieve good teaching results on the basis of respecting students’ psychological development rules. For this reason, in classroom teaching, teachers must take a good grasp of the teaching scale in order to optimize the teaching structure and mobilize the dual enthusiasm of teachers and students so as to implement the teaching content and complete the teaching objectives. Classroom teaching should be optimized with a “scale” problem, such as the depth and breadth of teaching content, the accuracy and density of teaching, and so on. “Scale” is the unity of quality and quantity. To improve the efficiency and quality of teaching, we must master the principle of appropriateness. “Scale” is also the unity of the teacher’s teaching method and the student’s learning method. The teacher’s teaching method guides the student’s learning method to a great extent. The teaching and teaching methods are often reflected in the “scale”.
