百年大计,教育为本。“顶岗实习”是目前我国高等师范院校广泛开展的一种教育实习模式,其目的是在师范生走上教师岗位前,能够充分磨练教学技能,提高教学实践水平。但是,在理论与实践相结合的过程中,顶岗实习学生(简称“准老师”)的身份转变和心理变化,不可避免地导致其在教学工作中出现了一些问题。本文选择在小学进行顶岗实习的XX学院师范生作为研究对象,采用访谈和问卷调查相结合的方式,对准老师的教学心理进行分析探讨,得出了有关结论,并结合实际提出了调整准老师教学心理的建议。
