新课程标准的颁布和实验的正式启动,为新一轮教学改革指明了方向,同时也为教师的发展指明了道路,时代呼唤的是研究型、学者型甚至是专家型的教师。因此,作为教师的我们必须认真学习新课程标准和现代教学教育理论,深刻反思自己的教学实践并上升到理性思考,把理论与实践真正结合起来,尽快跟上时代的步伐。那么如何适应新课程背景下高中的数学课堂教学,通过近几年的教学,以下是本人的一些心得体会。
The promulgation of the new curriculum standard and the official start of the experiment have pointed out the direction for the new round of teaching reform and also pointed out the way for the development of teachers. The era calls for research-oriented, scholar-type and even expert-type teachers. Therefore, as teachers, we must conscientiously study the new curriculum standards and the modern theory of pedagogical education, deeply reflect on our own teaching practices and rise to rational thinking, combine theory with practice, and keep pace with the times as soon as possible. So how to adapt to the new curriculum background of high school mathematics classroom teaching, through the teaching in recent years, the following is some of my feelings and experiences.
