“商战”思想是早期维新派在西方列强经济侵略的背景下产生的一种要求发展本国资本主义工商业,以抵制西方列强的经济侵略的思想。就“商战”思想的整体而言,它已经具备了“国货”思潮的基本内容,因此,“商战”思想是“国货”思潮的一部分。但是早期“商战”思想只是当时极少数先进人士的思想,面窄、影响小,不具有普遍性。相比之下,“国货”思潮具有普遍性,是大众的思想意识。从这一意义上讲,“商战”思想只是“国货”思潮的萌芽。
The “war on business” idea was an idea that early reformers had created under the background of the economic aggression of western powers and required the development of their own capitalist industry and commerce to resist the economic aggression of the western powers. As far as the overall concept of “commercial warfare” is concerned, it has already possessed the basic content of the trend of “national goods”. Therefore, the thinking of “commercial warfare” is part of the trend of “national goods”. However, the early thinking of “commercial warfare” was only the thinking of very few advanced individuals at that time. It was narrow in scope, had little influence and did not have universality. In contrast, the trend of “national goods” is universal, which is the public’s ideology. In this sense, the idea of “business war” is only the embryo of the trend of “domestic products”.
