一、农房现状与发展趋势1978～1983年,农村累计建房约为28亿米~2。在全国1.8亿多农户中,已有近0.5亿农户建了新房,尚有1.3亿多农户需要修建和新建农房。各地的建房速度是不平衡的,但就全国农村来看,将大致稳定在5％左右。目前每年建房数为900万户合6亿米~2以上,今后将随着经济发展和人口增长,每年建房户和建房面积还将逐年有所提高。到本世纪末,农村建房将是一个持续稳定的发展时期。
First, the status quo of rural housing and development trends 1978 to 1983, the cumulative rural housing construction is about 2.8 billion meters to 2 .
