《公司法》对中国的公司在管理结构体制中,对人才的选举和聘用,以及董事会上懂事的选举是密切相关不可缺少的元素,所以要完全的按照《公司法》中的规章制度来对公司进行管理是很关键的。自从《公司法》普遍的实施以来,使得我国治理公司方法逐渐走向高效性。对公司治理结构的完善能够提高公司多方面的利益,一般公司的主体有几种不同的单位构成,比如;经理,股东,董事长和监事。公司法的建立使得公司在治理结构中得到不断地改进和完善。对每一层部门都有着不可否认的利益和效果。
