园本教研从解决幼儿教师在教育教学中遇到的实际问题出发,真正把教师和幼儿园两者的共同发展结合起来,成为促进幼儿园提升教育质量和幼儿教师专业发展的一条有效途径。然而一些研究者也指出:当前的园本教研存在教研目的“功利化”、教研过程“形式化”、教研形式“表面化”、教研内容“片面化”等问题。笔者结合自身在幼儿园实习的机会,通过问卷调查了82位教师对于园本教研的认识,并对其中5位教师进行访谈,深入了解了教师对园
Starting from the practical problems encountered by kindergarten teachers in education and teaching, the teaching and research of kindergartens really combine the common development of both teachers and kindergartens and become an effective way to promote the quality of kindergarten education and the professional development of kindergarten teachers. However, some researchers also point out that there are some problems in teaching and research such as “utilitarianism”, teaching and research process, “formalization”, teaching and research form “superficialization”, teaching and research content “one-sidedness” and so on. The author combines his own opportunities in internship in kindergarten, through questionnaire survey of 82 teachers for the garden of teaching and research, and interviewed five teachers, in-depth understanding of the teacher on the park
