为改善饮用水水质,保证供水安全,宁波市江东水厂采用热法PVDF超滤膜技术对该水厂二期、三期工程的饮用水常规处理工艺进行了升级改造。该升级改造工程将原有虹吸滤池改造为浸没式超滤膜池,最大限度地降低工程造价,同时能保证出厂水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。改造完成后,该厂供水量达到20×104m3/d,为大型水厂的膜法水处理建设提供了宝贵的经验和借鉴。
In order to improve the quality of drinking water and ensure the safety of water supply, Ningbo Jiangdong Water Treatment Plant upgraded and upgraded the conventional treatment technology of drinking water in the second and third phases of the water plant by the thermal PVDF ultrafiltration membrane technology. The upgrading project will transform the original siphon filter into a submerged ultrafiltration membrane tank to minimize the project cost while ensuring that the quality of the manufactured water meets the standard of sanitary drinking water (GB 5749-2006). After the completion of the transformation, the water supply capacity of the plant reached 20 × 104m3 / d, which provided valuable experience and reference for the membrane water treatment of large-scale waterworks.
