用新生48h以内的大白鼠大脑神经细胞进行体外培养,应用相差显微镜、电子显微镜以及细胞化学染色等观察神经细胞的生长分化,并以神经细胞突起的长度及细胞直径为指标,比较麝香对神经细胞生长分化的作用。结果表明,麝香对神经细胞的生长分化有双向作用,即第1周有促进作用,第2周以后出现抑制作用。为临床应用麝香治疗神经系统疾病提供了理论依据。
Neuronal cells were cultured in vitro within 48 hours in neonatal rats. The growth and differentiation of neurons were observed by phase contrast microscopy, electron microscopy and cytochemical staining. The neurite outgrowth length and cell diameter were used as indexes to compare the effects of musk on nerve cells The role of growth and differentiation. The results showed that musk had a bidirectional effect on the growth and differentiation of nerve cells, that is, the first week had a promoting effect, and the second week later had the inhibitory effect. The clinical application of musk treatment of nervous system diseases provide a theoretical basis.
