集体教学活动是我国幼儿园教学的主要形式,集体教学活动中师幼互动的质量将直接影响到教育教学的效果。然而,在集体教学活动中,我们发现很多教师对于如何进行有效的师幼互动还存在着很多的困惑,如面对幼儿的问题不知如何接应以及无法给予幼儿一个积极有效的反馈,针对这些问题,笔者做了相关研究,在实践中找出主要的问题来源,并提出相关的解决策略,致力于促进集体教学活动中有效地师幼互动。
Collective teaching activities are the main form of kindergarten teaching in our country. The quality of teacher-child interaction in collective teaching activities will directly affect the effectiveness of education and teaching. However, in the collective teaching activities, we found that many teachers still have a lot of confusion about how to conduct effective teacher-child interaction. For example, they do not know how to cope with the problems faced by young children and can not give positive and effective feedback to young children. In response to these problems, The author did related research, found out the main source of the problem in practice, and put forward the relevant strategies for solving the problem, devoted to promoting the effective interaction of teacher and child in the group teaching activities.
