The international labor organization recently published a report indicates that the use of modern communication technology is conducive to better balance the overall work and life, but also blurs the boundaries between work and personal life. According to the report, digital technology, such as smart phones, tablet PC, laptop and desktop computer and other working place in the family use is increasing rapidly change the traditional working mode. It can improve the work fe balance, reduce the commuting time, increase productivity, but also may lead to longer working hours, higher strength, and the interference between work and family.
Entitled "work anytime and anywhere: impact on the work of the world" report combines the organization of the international Labour organization study in 15 countries, including the 10 members of the European Union (Belgium, France, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden and the UK) as well as Argentina, Brazil, India, Japan and the United States.
