新课改实施以后,学生自主学习能力的养成成为衡量教学成功与否的一个重要标准,这要求教师要改变以往“填鸭式”的教学模式,正确处理课堂中“教”与“不教”的关系,实现由让学生获得知识论到让其亲历探究过程的转变,让学生由单纯的掌握死知识到学会自主学习。结合多年的教学经验,就如何培养学生的自主学习能力这个问题,从学习兴趣的激发、课堂引导艺术的指导以及知识的迁移三个方面谈了一些看法。
