本单元教学目的有三点:一是进一步识别和把握应用文的通用格式相操作要点;二是了解“计划”、“简报”、“合同”与“报告”的不同之处;三是应用文的应用用语的基本特征。教学的重难点是:格式操作和用语操作。为此,教学本单元应与上单元联系起来,采取比较的方法,从比较中见同见异,掌握“两个操作”的要领。 教学过程大体上分为“格式比较”(2课时)、“用语比较”(1课时)和“单元训练”(1课时)三个阶段。 一、关于“格式比较” 1.标题格式的比较。从报告标题的基本格式引入,具体分析本单元六个标题,着重看其差异。比如,《××公司公共关系部1988年第一季度工作要点》,
