1 工程地质概况 茂名30万吨乙烯工程建设场地220多万m~2地基中,60%场地为砾质粘性土回填地基(1-1a层),回填厚度一般为4~7m,以粘土含砂为主,粗颗粒砂含量为29.8%~63.0%,回填质量很差,土质不均匀,结构松软,密实性差,承载力很低(不足100kPa),存在不同程度的湿陷性。且其下部1-1层为原地面表层,亦不宜作为天然地基。如不加固,而简单采用其它工程措施,不仅危及装置和建筑物的正常使用和安全,势必造成不必要的浪费。
1 Overview of Engineering Geology Out of 2.2 million m2 foundation of the 300,000-ton ethylene project construction site in Maoming, 60% of the site is gravelly clay backfill foundation (layer 1-1a), and the backfill thickness is generally 4 to 7m. Mainly, the content of coarse sand is 29.8% to 63.0%, the quality of backfill is very poor, the soil quality is uneven, the structure is soft, the compactness is poor, the bearing capacity is very low (less than 100kPa), and there are different degrees of collapsibility. And the lower 1-1 layer is the original surface layer, it is also not suitable as a natural foundation. If it is not reinforced, and simply adopting other engineering measures, it will not only endanger the normal use and safety of the devices and buildings, but will inevitably cause unnecessary waste.
