学校教学管理究竟管什么,怎么管,是我们工作过程中经常思考的问题。归纳近几年来教学管理工作的实际内容及取得的一些成效,我们认为教学管理工作应该抓好课程执行管理、“六认真”①管理和校本教研管理三大块,其中,课程执行管理是基础,“六认真”管理是核心,校本教研管理是提升。只有这样理清了思路,我们才能看清学校教学工作中存在的问题,我们的管理工作才能开展得有条不紊,更具针对性与实效性。 How to manage school teaching management, how to manage it, is a problem that we often think in our work process.
