Abstract: Occupation instruction needs to the support of theories, in the case of the occupation guidance theory is not very developed in our country, It has very important sense that absorbing and drawing lessons from the advanced occupation guidance theory, and targeting guidance to occupation guidance work,.

From the beginning of the twentieth Century occupation guidance and occupation guidance theory creation to the beginning of this century, occupation guidance theory has developed from the simple guide to personal occupation development throughout the occupation career. In the present occupation guidance theory, individual orientation, social orientation and integrated orientation three views of mainstream, producing far-reaching effect. In this regard, the occupation guidance, we should have to be differentiated and treated.
1.the full attention of individual factors in the role of occupation
The occupation guidance for individual. When performing occupation guidance, the effects of occupation guidence that we should take full consideration to individual needs, abilities, interests, social identity and so on. In general, the individual needs is essential, a person can meet the variety needs when he borned.we must to implement its through our own efforts. Individual ability is a foundation. The differences of individual decieded that we must set out from personal ability,combined with other factors make its in a poisition for maximum effect when we are guiding. Personal interest is difficult. " Interest is the best teacher". If a person make some interests of it, he will put the slope to energy, time and other factors , until realizing the purpose. However, individual interest will be changed with developing the passage of time, the transformation of environmentand degree of cognition. Therefore, we should also take into account the effects in the occupation guidance . Social identity is the key. Everyone wants to be recognized, which is the essential place to realize their own value. If not recognized, some people may choose to give up their occupation. To sum up, occupation guidance can''t put the main body and the characteristics ofmain reflected, otherwise, it has become the passive water.second, give full consideration to social factors on the effects of occupation guidance
2.Occupation instruction theory should also pay attention to the effects which include family environment, school environment, social environment and other factors on individuals.
On these terms, the family environment is the earliest, the most far-reaching impact. In the present society, it is not an uncommon phenomenon that few family members engaged in the same occupation.this is fully proved that the future employment effects which the family environment to individuals. The school environment especially in higher education school will take effect for employment on individual. school development orientation, professional setting, humane environment will take effect on personal employment guidance. Social environment appears later, butit has very direct influence for individual employment. The need of social and economic development, labor demand, social identity and other factors will influence on the employment of individuals. Therefore, we should fully consider the influence of social factors, targeted for analysis, so that the occupation guidance is more rational and scientificin the specific employment guidance.
3.must plan the impact of occupation guidanceas a whole in individual factors and social factors.
Although both the individual factors and social factors have the certain influence in individual employment, but the occupation guidance is a comprehensive work, it related to psychology, sociology, education and other subjects and fields. Therefore, we are not only to master the relevant theory and knowledge on occupation guidance, but also to combine with the social factors which include individual needs, abilities, interests and family environment, social environmentwhen performing the occupation guidance,. the employment influence which we should fully consider all kinds of factors, an individual with a set of programmes, concrete analysis of concrete problems, make more scientific and reasonable on their own the occupation guidance, to" give full scope to the talents, before its duty, to use’’, make the best possible ued , suitable position, and utmost ablity of men.
