目的探讨头部容积CT数字减影血管造影(volume CT digital subtraction angiography,VCTDSA)的最佳扫描延迟时间。方法对47例拟行头部增强检查的患者先后采用小、大剂量团注法对比扫描,得到相应的时间-密度曲线,分析计算各自达峰时间,统计分析两者的差值,确保达峰时大剂量团注的CT值在95%的可信区间内。结果监测鞍上池水平,小剂量团注测试达峰时间和大剂量团注测试达峰时间相差(7.43±1.20)s,达峰时大剂量团注CT值95%的可信区间为311.6~364.2Hu。结论小剂量团注法预测脑血管VCTDSA扫描延迟时间系数为7.43s,大剂量团注法达峰时CT值95%在300Hu以上,可以保证大血管高对比度及小血管的充分显示。
Objective To investigate the best scan delay time of volume CT digital subtraction angiography (VCTDSA). Methods Forty-seven patients underwent head-and-neck enhancement examinations were screened by small and large doses of bolus injection, and the corresponding time-density curves were obtained. The peak time of each group was analyzed and calculated, and the difference between the two was statistically analyzed to ensure the peak The bolus bolus CT values were within a 95% confidence interval. Results The level of suprasellar cistern was monitored. The difference between the peak time of bolus injection test and the peak time of bolus injection was 7.43 ± 1.20 s, and the confidence interval of 95% 364.2Hu. Conclusions The small-dose bolus injection method can predict the delay time coefficient of cerebrovascular VCTDSA scanning to be 7.43s, and the CT value of high dose bolus injection to reach 95% above 300Hu, which can ensure the high contrast of large vessels and the adequate display of small vessels.
