风机盘管(FCU)变工况供冷性能数据是空调工程设计中FCU选型的重要依据,针对在FCU供冷性能测试过程中变工况实验次数非常多,非常费时和能耗大的问题,研究了运用灰色系统建模理论建立FCU供冷量与工况条件参数的G(1,N)灰色模型,并论述了利用该建模方法预测FCU变工况时供冷量估计值的方法过程.研究结果表明建模拟合精度和预测估计精度都较高,为FCU企业和测试部门在做变工况特性实验时,利用少数几个工况的实验数据和以往同规格品种FCU更多工况的历史数据估计本批次FCU变工况特性提供了有效的方法,从而可以大幅度减少实验次数,提高实验测试的工作效率,节省测试的能源消耗.
